IRONFEST fusion 2008

Entitled ‘Fusion’, the 9th annual Lithgow District Ironfest 2008, will be held at the Lithgow Showground over the weekend of April 25, 26 & 27, 2008, hours: Fri. 10am – 4pm, Sat. 10.00am – 5.00pm, Sun. 10.00am – 4.00pm.

Ironfest is an arts festival with a metal edge, featuring art exhibitions, stalls, live music, street performance, historical re-enactments, (including the Australasian World Jousting Tournament and a colonial battle re-enactment entitled ‘The Battle of Lithgow’ featuring cannons and cavalry!), blacksmithing demonstrations, workshops, busking competitions, automotive displays, educational, historical and technological displays and lots more!

Tickets, and two day passes, can be pre-purchased (PP) at the Lithgow Visitor Centre (1300 760 276) or at the gate.
